One of England’s finest players – and a two-time World Cup finalist – Lewis Moody was guest speaker at Lewes Rugby Club’s Annual Winter Dinner on Friday evening last week.

The event, held at Pelham House Hotel, was attended by more than 150 club members, sponsors and guests in attendance and proved to be a very successful event.

Ably MC’d by 2nd XV Captain Will Bell, and raising valuable funds for the Sussex club via a special auction, guests were also entertained by a speech from England’s most-capped flanker, the holder of one World Cup winner’s and one runner-up medal, two Six Nations championship-winning medals, and many other cup and league trophies.
