Rooks sign Reds’ Dollery on month’s loan

Lewes today announced the signing of Crawley Town’s Jon Dollery on a month’s loan.

The club website revealed: ‘Crawley Town defender Jon Dollery has put pen to paper today to join the Rooks on a month’s loan.

‘Dollery, who joined the Red’s professional staff in April, has found first team opportunities limited this season although he has been involved with the Canada under-21 team.

‘Town manager Richie Barker said: “Jon has been away with Canada a couple of times and they have coincided with the few reserve games we have played so he needs to get more matches under his belt.”

‘The defender, who can also play in midfield, will go straight into the squad for tomorrow’s game at Concord Rangers and be available for a total of seven fixtures between now and January 14.’
