The annual event is a chance for people to catch up with the winter’s happenings and look forward to the new Elite League season ahead which begins next month.
Club promoters Bob Dugard, Trevor Geer and Mike Bellerby will all be there to take questions from the audience on any Eagles related subject.
Club captain Cameron Woodward is now back in the UK, having flown back from his ntive Australia, and it is hoped he will be able to attend the meeting.
Bellerby said, “The forum is always a popular event as it heralds the fact that the season is not far away.
“This is always a good session which we know many of our fans look forward to.
“They can ask us about the team for the coming season and we can also give them the latest news and gain their feedback.”
The meeting is also an opportunity for fans to buy Elite League Passes and apply to join the 100 Club which now costs just £250.
