Mullets make third round
ARUNDEL FC are through to the third round of the Carlsbery FA vase after a hard-fought 2-1 win over Banstead Athletic.
Gary Norgate was missing from the squad as he began his three-game suspension for seeing red against Hassocks, while Rob Grove returned from his an to partner Mike Huckett in central midfield.
Arundel were in the net twice, with both goals disallowed, one for pushing and the other offside, and they eventually score in the 6y5th minute with a header from Huckett.
