NEW WORTHING GOLF CHAMPION
SUCCESS comes to he who waits as was proved at the recent club championships held at Worthing Golf Club.
Member Nigel Harrington, one of the club's top players, has waited for 14 years to win the club champion title.
This year, he achieved his ambition by taking the title when he put in the winning score in the championship, beating runner-up Jack Ashby.
He was presented with the trophy by club captain Mike Galbraith.
