Nice weather for the ducks
MORE than 200 intrepid competitors defied wet weather to compete in the annual Duck Pond Waddle organised by Worthing Striders.
The event followd a nine-mile route from West Worthing Tennis Club using mainly downland tracks.
A total of 228 competitors took part, including 78 female entrants , with finishing times ranging from 55min 47sec to 2hr 12min and 16sec.
