No slacking from Sidley

SIDLEY United joint manager Glen Sully is determined not to let his side's season slide to a tame conclusion.

United have claimed just one point from their last two matches and were soundly beaten by Three Bridges last weekend.

Sully said: "There's no way I, or Peter (fellow joint manager Peter Heritage), would allow it to happen. If I see the commitment's not there that would suggest they are letting it drift. I would just put other people in. We had a reasonable side out Saturday and we had six or seven players not available. I just want to win as many of the last seven or eight games as we can."

Sidley return to league action on Saturday March 29 with a trip to bottom-of-the-table and already relegated Littlehampton Town. Chris Copley, Owen Ball, Mark Freeman, Mark Funnell and Adam Day should all return after attending Copley's wedding last week.
