Bognor Regis Baseball Club is a small amateur outfit, playing at King George V Rec in Felpham. Members started training in 2024, with a small number of seven players.
After a year of training, they decided to join the British Baseball Federation Single A division for the 2025 baseball season. Now, halfway through the campaign, they have over 25 members at the club.
The team – the Bognor Cobras – have excelled, winning nine of 12 games so far, with only three losses, putting them second in their league.
They face East Sussex rivals the Brighton Jets at their next home game on Sunday (June 15) at King George V Rec, with the first game starting at midday and the second at 2.30pm.
