Starting on Thursday this week (September 3), they will be offering their popular Karate and Kickboxing classes every week at our new venue, Dial Post Village Hall.

Sensei Brian Redman says: “It’s been a tough year for everyone involved in the fitness industry, and even though we’re able to begin training again we’ve had to make some modifications to our sessions to keep our students safe. For example, we’ve had to reduce class sizes to ensure students can maintain a safe distance.

“This is why we’re particularly pleased to be able to offer this new location for those who wish to try Martial Arts”.

There are classes for all ages and experience levels. Every Thursday Kenagi Academy of Martial Arts will be offering Karate Classes at 5pm and 6pm, followed by Kickboxing sessions at 7pm and 8pm.

Kenagi has a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere where parents are encouraged to attend classes alongside their children.

To help get families started Sensei is offering that, with each paying adult a child can train for FREE until one of you successfully achieves your first belt.

Sensei says: “Learning a Martial Art is a fantastic way to learn self-discipline, improve coordination, concentration, and increase self-confidence. I’ve seen students go on to win regional and national competitions, be invited to train with England teams, and achieve great personal successes outside of Martial Arts too.

“My experience has also shown me that when families train together it has been hugely beneficial to their progression, which is why I’m offering free training sessions for a child when accompanied by a paying adult.”

During the pandemic, we are restricting class numbers to keep everyone safe, so ask that all students wishing to train to please contact Sensei in advance by visiting our website: https://kenagi.co.uk/
