Pony club starts year in style
GOODWOOD Pony Club celebrated its 20th anniversary in style last year, having two teams qualify for the National Pony Club Championships for the first time- and has already got off to a great start this year.
At the 2009 Area 13 Novice Championships, the two teams went on to the nationals in Cheshire, where one finished an excellent 15th. It comprised Alice Phillips, Lily Williams, Hannah Sheppard and Rosie Adams.
The Mini team has excelled this year, finishing second with a member short, in a team event at Ardingly. The team consisted of Erin CVollins, Bethany Sadler and Max Newton.
