Precious bears stolen

HEARTBROKEN Dianne Homeyard was horrified when she discovered her precious collection of Beanie Babies had been stolen.

She had been storing her collection, worth an estimated 3,000, in her garage while deciding how to display them in her home in East Preston when the theft took place.

I have been collecting the toys for six years and felt heartbroken when I found they were gone. Now I ve got to build the collection back up again.

Dianne purchased her first beanie, a new face brown teddy, while on holiday in Jersey and fell in love with it.

She said: I know it sounds silly but they become a part of you, I always called them my little babies.
