Playing their final league match of the season, Sussex 1 champions ‘Boro won at Seaford to make it a perfect 22 wins from 22 league games this campaign.

That hardly showed however in a super first half against the side who finished third in the division.

They utilised playing with the gusty wind and down the slope to lead 24-0 at half-time.

But after a converted Eastbourne try at the start of the second half, Pulborough found themselves defending for their lives to see out a 24-7 victory to wrap up their perfect Sussex 1 season.
