Rehabilitating ex racehorses

Amanda Scott has a talent for rehabilitating former racehorses, which she combines with running a livery yard at Duncton.

Her latest success is Rawaah, son of 1989 Derby winner Nashwan, which she took on as a challenge from the Moorcroft Racing Welfare Centre at Slindon.

Amanda explained: "I have had ex-racehorses before and done well with them. I enjoy the challenge of gaining the horse's trust and making progress from there."
