The prize comprising 14 custom printed Joma match shirts, along with matching shorts and socks was available in a choice of 12 colours. The prize was won by Burgess Hill Rugby Club Colts (U18’s) team however having recently bought themselves new kit they decided to donate the prize to Birchwood Grove CP School in Burgess Hill.

BHRFC Colts team manager Steve Blanthorn told us :-

“After years without one it’s great having a sports shop back in town again. We entered the competition really to generate awareness and help promote the new business amongst our many members at the rugby club. Of course we were delighted to win the competition but we have just bought a brand new kit ourselves and due to the massive punishment our shirts have to withstand, they are far heavier duty than similar looking football shirts. However we wanted someone to benefit from this generous prize and opted to donate the full kit to Birchwood Grove School instead, who we know are extremely grateful and will put the kit to good use”
