On Sunday morning under bright blue skies the coaches used the Rhino scrum machine to teach the forwards how to work together effectively and practise scrums while the backs worked on new running moves.

The Under 13s are working to PACE this season – Performance, Attitude, Commitment and Enjoyment – as they look to translate their rugby skills into the 15 man game in the league.

All new Under 13s players welcome and anyone who would like to join the Heath squad please contact the Under 13s team Administrator, Cherry Persad, by email on [email protected] or call 07548 607078. Training takes place at Whitemans Green every Sunday morning from 10am.
