Ready 4 Rugby is a new and exciting inter-club non-contact game which is the maximum activity permitted at present under the RFU’s Return to Rugby Roadmap for the Community Game.

The Green and Whites took twenty players and played four 15 minute ten-a-side games against Worthing in a friendly fixture which would not have taken place under normal full contact match play circumstances due to Raiders playing two leagues higher than Horsham.

Horsham’s Vice Chairman, Richard Ordidge, commented: “It was a worthwhile exercise with some great tries scored and it was good for the boys to play some rugby again!

"Both clubs used their full squads and it was a clear step up in intensity from just training amongst ourselves. Let’s hope return to match play is not too far away.”
