On a warm and sunny day the All Blacks won 17-41 at a canter without really breaking a sweet.

In the first half the try scorers were prop Will Arney with a 40 metre sprint down the wing, stand in scrum half Adam Rez diving over from the base of the ruck, full back Owain Jenkins running a great angle off stand off Rhys Clarke and captain and hooker Ben Dewey crashing over following a series of forward drives. Clark converted 1. In reply Seaford scored 2 tries both of which the men in black created for them through their own mistakes. The half time score was 12-22.

In the second half Burgess Hill continued to dominate all facets of play with 3 further scores 2 of which were converted. The first came from a back row move that saw number 8 Dave Wattam draw the Seaford back row out before passing inside to blindside flanker Ash Heward to score. The next two tries were for the wingers Max Wilson and Pete Blenkharn who following some slick play ran in untouched for the scores. In reply Seaford scored a try in the corner after a comedy of errors by full back Dave Daly saw a loose ball bounce into the Seaford wingers arms. The final score was 17-41 but could have been a lot more. The All Blacks have drawn Crawley in the second round.

Next Saturday the Sussex All Blacks travel once more to Seaford this time in the league.
