Sussex Judo medals for Horsham pair
Horsham Judo Club pair Sam King and Paul Howard picked up medals in the 1st Kyu (brown belt) section at the Sussex Split Grade Open Championships.
Sam won two of his fights by Ippon on his way to the final and a silver medal. His third win was a cagey affair but Sam scored well to win on points, ahead of a narrow loss in the final.
Paul’s one win from three earned him bronze medal.
