The day provides the ideal opportunity to learn more about tennis and what the club – now affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association – can do for you, whether it’s taking part in the five-times-a-week social tennis sessions, joining a coaching class or competing in the many tournaments.

Racquets and balls will be provided and qualified coaches from FTC’s coaching partner, Generation Tennis, will be giving out free expert tips.

Generation Tennis will also be inviting people to try the new fun fitness craze of cardio tennis with two free sessions at 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

Free light refreshments will be served all afternoon while other fun events include a fastest-serve competition, mini tournament and chance to win a prize for anyone who can take a game off the club champion.
