At Brighton, months of hard, cold, dedicated training paid off for 30 Tone Zoners.

Paul Coe came first for the club in an amazing 3hr 29min 02sec, running a consistent pace for the whole race and sticking to his well-planned strategy.

Carolyn Stapely achieved her goal of a sub-3.45 marathon with a PB of 3.44.16, again showing dedication pays off.

Jackie Annals, who has been running fantastically this season, achieved her goal of beating four minutes with 3.59.32. Several Toner Zoners were running their first marathon and can be proud of their efforts.

Again, runners were supported by a fantastic team of supporters – very much appreciated by all who ran.
