Veteran jockey takes his tally to 103 wins
Veteran rider David Evatt (58) took his career wins to 103 when he scored an easy win with hism own horse, Ichi Cavalo, at the recent Parham point to point meeting.
He first began riding in 1966 when he rode Barsac for Major Peter Cazlet in his first public ride. He went on to ride numerous horses for the major and he became a familiar figure in the colours of the Queen Mother, riding a number of winners for her.
