WEALDEN WRECK WICK'S CUP HOPES
WICK crashed out of the John O'Hara Cup to County League Division 2 leaders Wealden on Saturday.
An experienced Wealden side went ahead on 22 minutes. Wes Tate's cross deflected off Wick defender Dave Sharman's knee and flew past keeper Tom Rand.
Paul Hodder had Wick's best opportunity of the first half but headed over with Wick's many attacking threats coming from crosses.
