West Sussex stud owner ordered by judge to sell all her horses

AEST Sussex woman wjo ran a stud producing mainly show jumping horses near Horsham, and won top prizes only last year fvor exhibiting her young sport horses, has been ordered to sell 18 horses by a judge.

Louise Tomkins, who was known in horse circles as Louise Tomkins Joud and had been based at Bensons Stud, Faygate for five years, has admitted stealing more than 200,000 from Imperial College NHS Healthcare Trust which runs Charing Cross Hospital in west London. She left her post in 2008 to run her stud.
