Wick get a home tie

THE 2007-08 FA Cup draw has given Wick a home tie in the extra-preliminary round on August 18 but East Preston will start on the road.

New joint Wick boss Mick Catlin will see his side face Chertsey Town while East Preston travel to Division 2 County League Peacehaven.

In the FA Vase, EP start off in the first-qualifying round with a home game against Eastbourne United on September 8.

FA Cup, extra-preliminary round (Aug 18): Peacehaven v East Preston; Wick v Chertsey Town.

Preliminary round (Sept 1): Arundel v Molesey; Sittingbourne v Wick or Chertsey; Shoreham or Horley Town v Peacehaven or East Preston; Littlehampton v Chipstead.

1st qualifying round (Sept 15): Merstham, Hythe Town or Whyteleafe v Littlehampton or Chipstead; Horsham v Arundel or Molesey; Dartford or Leatherhead v Wick, Chertsey or Sittingbourne; Shoreham, Horley, Peacehaven or East Preston v Erith Town, Cobham, Whitehawk or VCD Ath.

FA Vase, 1st qualifying round (Sept 8): East Preston v Eastbourne United.

2nd qualifying round (Sept 22): Farnham Town v Littlehampton; East Preston or Eastbourne United v Hassocks; Wick v East Grinstead.

1st round proper (Oct 6): Frimley Green or Sidley v Farnham or Littlehampton; East Preston, Eastbourne United or Hassocks v Ash United; Wick or East Grinstead v Ringmer; Arundel v Hythe Town.
