WICK GRAB A LATE POINT
SUBSTITUTE James Wotherspoon, on his first appearance since re-joining Wick from Southwick, netted an injury-time equaliser at Rye on Saturday.
Wotherspoon struck four minutes into stoppage time after a long Ollie Howcroft throw was not cleared by Rye's defence.
Wick had started the opening 10 minutes brightly and ended the game in the last 20 minutes with a sustained spell of pressure, although during that time Rye had two golden chances to kill off the game.
