Wickers want revenge on EG

SOUTHWICK Football Club's excellent run will be severely put to the test in their next three games. Wickers have lost just one of their last 10 games in all competitions, 7-2, at East Grinstead in the Division 2 Cup, as they have risen to eighth in the Division 2 table.

They travel to East Grinstead in the league on Saturday, looking for revenge for their heavy loss at the end of November. Wickers are then away to Division 1 side Chichester in the Brighton Charity Cup first round on Tuesday, before travelling to third-placed Midhurst the following Saturday.

Player-manager Dominic Shepherd said: "We've got three tough games coming up. It would be great if we could get three wins although we'd take coming out of the three games unbeaten."
