Young cricketers can learn from the pros in Sussex

LCA Cricket Coaching will deliver batting and bowling master classes this Easter at Bishop Luffa School in Chichester.

The sessions, designed by current and ex-pros, will be led by some of the most highly-regarded coaches in the south, with each session carefully structured to challenge young players not just technically, but also physically and tactically.

England and Surrey pace bowler Chris Tremlett helped design the bowling master classes and said: “I’ve worked with LCA Cricket Coaching a few times and I’ve really enjoyed the master class-style sessions we’ve put together.

“They’re always loaded with information while being fun and challenging at the same time - certainly something I wish I’d had the chance to take part in as a young player, and an opportunity that I think will be extremely beneficial to any developing young cricketers in the area.”

In week one there will be batting classes on April 3 and 4 from 9am to midday and bowling tuition on April 5 and 6, also 9am to midday.

Week two will see bowling master classes on April 10 and 11, with batting on April 12 and 13, again all from 9am to midday.
