Artists '˜ plan to show work to public

Following the announcement that the Eastbourne Festival is taking a sabbatical in 2016, a number of artists have decided to organise a Spring Open Houses and Studios event.

Covering the last two full weekends of April 16/17 and 23/24, the Eastbourne Artists’ Spring Open Houses and Studios is a great opportunity for the artists and designer makers in the town to open their homes or places of work to the public.

Julian Sutherland-Beatson said: “The Open House and Studios are an excellent way for the public to not only meet the town’s artists but to see original artwork displayed in a domestic setting.”
