Do not miss this Hastings folk fest
The third Hastings Folk Fest 2016 starts the day after Jack In The Green, and runs from May 3-8. As in previous years, most events are free and take place around the Old Town of Hastings.
The programme includes two major concerts in St Mary In The Castle with Show Of Hands next Saturday evening (May 7) and on the Sunday Peter Knight’s Gigspanner joined by guests Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin. As in past years, a number of pubs which regularly put on music have booked in folk and acoustic acts. These free events will cover many aspects of the folk genre.
