Inspired by David Bowie to raise funds for cancer charity
This was the proceeds from the collection made at the event which broke all records for attendance at Eastbourne’s new live music and theatre venue.
“We were keen to recognise people working with cancer, and CWCF seemed the right place to put the money we collected” said John. “It was a brilliant night which captured David Bowie’s spirit and contribution to music and theatre, and lots of people have asked us where the money is going. We are opening a community fund at Printers and we’re keen to develop strong links with local good causes.”
