Regarded as possibly the greatest tragedy in the English language, Hamlet is a story of revenge. Hamlet, the Prince of Denmark, is haunted by the ghost of his father, who tells him that he was murdered by his own brother, Claudius. Hamlet has lost his father, his chance to be king and possibly his sanity. Can he believe the ghost?

Tickets for both shows cost £16.50. Call 01323 841414 to see the Alfriston performance or 01323 834479 for the show at Herstmonceux Castle.
