Bird sculptures swoop in

Flock To Worthing offers an arts trail with a difference, a series of unique bird sculptures displayed in and around Worthing’s town centre from September 1.

Artists include Tom Freer with Larry the giant seagull, Mew Welch in the Museum Garden, Naomi Frances at Food, Tana Jackson at Guildbourne Centre, Knit for Victory at Wool Bar, Sam & Johnson at My Place, Anthony Dickinson at Feast, Erica Sturla at Simpsons, Claudine Peronne at Simpsons, Sewgirl at Parklife and Dickie & Doll at Kim’s Bookshop.

Art groups include Laugh and Craft at St Stephen’s, Heene Inclusive Arts, Creative Waves Art Group, Sarah Sepe at Community House, Emma Jasper at Craft Club, Nadia Chalk Art Club, Worthing Art Studios, Knit and Natter, Storm, Lyndhurst Art Club, Lou Partridge and Sam Pharoah.

Schools involved includeLyndhurst First, Springfield First, Durrington First & Middle, Chesswood Middle, Davison High, Woodstock Day Nursery and Asphaleia.
