The annual Decorations Day took place at Rocks Park Primary School in Uckfield on Monday.
Children were joined by teachers, parents and grandparents to spend the whole day making Christmas decorations.
There was everything from hand-printed wreaths, CD snowman and gingerbread men puppets to owl pine cone wreaths, sparkly baubles and 3D stars.
Year six children made decorations themed to their topic of the Second World War, making sure that they used only items that would have been available during the war, such as brown paper, string, wool and more.
Each class also made a decoration for the Rocks Park tree at the Holy Cross Church festival of trees.
The theme this year is the natural landscape and so the children were encouraged to use twigs, leaves and fauna from the school’s beautiful grounds.
