Ensemble Reza are thrilled to be joined by two international soloists at their free lunchtime concert on Tuesday, June 10.

The performance takes place at Haywards Heath Methodist Church on Perrymount Road, from 1-2pm.

Ensemble Reza’s cellist and Music Director Pavlos Carvalho will be joined by friends Jakob Fichert (piano) and Janet Hilton (clarinet) in a varied programme of music by Beethoven, Nino Rota, (composer of the music from the Godfather) and Ginastera.

Jakob Fichert is a sought after performer playing solo and chamber music recitals in this country and across Europe. Janet Hilton is best known as a soloist in chamber music and had a career-long partnership with the Lindsay String Quartet until their retirement.

Ensemble Reza was established in 2013 by a group of Sussex based players who were keen to develop a programme of concerts and education workshops for local schools and audiences.

The group brings together a wealth of talent and experience in both performance and education with members representing some of this country’s finest orchestras.
