ON SCREEN: In Angmering

ANGMERING village hall will screen two films on June 7, one for the children and one for the grown-ups.

The double bill will start at 3pm, with a family showing of Enchanted, a classic Disney tale which sees a fairy princess find herself in modern day New York.

At 7pm, the adults will be treated to The Kite Runner, based on the novel by Khalid Hosseini (crt). Set in 1970s Afghanistan, two young boys are firm friends, until a shocking incident tears their relationship apart.

Tickets for both shows, priced at 5 each, are available in advance from Woodies News, Angmering Framing and Stitches, or at the door.
