SUMMER CONCERT: In Sompting
THE Seadown Singers are performing a summer concert as part of the Adur Festival on June 11.
The theme is trees and the audience is invited to join the singers on a musical ramble through the forests and woods, at St Peter's Church, Bowness Avenue, Sompting, at 7.30pm.
Alex Martin will be reading poems by Robert Frost and Kipling and Marilyn Dennis will provide the musical accompaniment. A raffle and picnic break complete the entertainment. Admission is free, with a retiring collection for the Woodland Trust.
