Erth’s spectacular Dinosaur Zoo brings a slice of the prehistoric to Brighton Dome on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 8 and 9.

Spokeswoman Nicola Jeffs said: “Dinosaur Zoo introduces audiences to a range of creatures from cute baby dinos to teeth-gnashing giants, including a carnivorous theropod known as the Australovenator, based on the most complete meat-eating dinosaur skeleton found in Australia.

“Australian-based creators Erth use ingenious puppetry to bring dinosaurs to life in this interactive and imaginative live show.

“Intrepid audience members brave enough to get up close and personal with the dinosaurs, which are brought onto the stage to assist the zoo keeper in his/her daily tasks.”

Dinosaur Zoo roared into the UK last summer enjoying a successful season at Regent’s Park Open-Air Theatre followed by a 22-venue UK tour.

The show transferred to the West End for a seven-week Christmas season at the Phoenix Theatre prior to this year’s spring tour.
