Panto rounds off programme

Christmas panto in the shape of Aladdin will round off the newly-announced autumn programme at Shoreham’s Ropetackle.

“The new booklet is available from the centre, on request, and in shops, businesses, and other outlets across the Adur district. With over 70 events lined up ranging from music, comedy, theatre, family events, film, Shoreham WordFest, and even a magical family pantomime, this is one of the most exciting and eclectic programmes Ropetackle has delivered.

“Highlights include comic ventriloquist Nina Conti, fresh from her appearance on Channel 4’s Comedy Gala, award-winning director Phil Grabsky’s exclusive arts films looking at masters including Johannes Vermeer, and Edvard Munch, Texan blues master Buddy Whittington, pop vocal sensation Julia Fordham, Zimbabwean a-cappella dance group Black Umfolosi 5, an exclusive talk about Brighton & Hove Albion’s new training centre, an evening of Gilbert & Sullivan comic operas (performed live), fantastic family fun with the Christmas Panto – Aladdin! and much, much more!
