Tap dance, urban percussion, acrobatics, hip hop and comedy collide in the brand-new rhythm-based theatre show Tap Factory at Brighton Dome on Wednesday, February 19 at 7.30pm.

A new show in the manner of STOMP, Tap Dogs and Blue Man Group, Tap Factory brings together different genres of dance in a contemporary urban setting.

Spokesman Chris Challis said: “The fusion between different artists, the best of the best in their own fields of discipline, creates a show packed with amazing performance, exciting live rhythms and dynamic energy, all pinned together with a great sense of comedy.

“Created by renowned French dancer, choreographer and director Vincent Pausanias to showcase tap dance at its very best, the show is supported by multiple tap-dance world champion and comedian Gilles Guenat and dance star Jérémie Champagne, who have been involved in the creative process since the show’s inception.

“Visiting the UK for the very first time, this world-class production is a dazzling cirque experience fresh from sell-out tours in Europe and South America. High octane, tremendously visual and boasting a healthy dose of comic sass, prepare yourself for an all-out assault on the senses.”
