Tex-Mex band has a popular vocalist

Los Pacaminos, featuring Paul Young, is coming to Hailsham Pavilion on Saturday, February 21 (8pm).

While the Tex-Mex band is led by Paul Young, one of the UK’s best loved vocalists, he is not the only luminary in this outfit.

Some of the best musicians in the business have teamed up to present an incendiary mix of Tex-Mex classics, Spanish songs and original material.

There is Drew Barfield (Joe Jackson and Level 42), Melvyn Duffy (billed as possibly the finest young pedal steel guitar player in Britain), Steve Greetham (from the Joan Armatrading band), Mark Pinder (Alison Moyet), Matt Irving, (Squeeze, Chris Rea, Jools Holland and Manfred Mann), and Jamie Moses who has worked with The Pretenders, Chaka Khan, Gary Barlow and is now a regular member of the current Queen set-up.
