VARIETY SHOW: At Southwick

SOUTHWICK'S Barn Theatre plays host to The Southwick Players next month, with their modern-day twist on the old-fashioned variety show.

In a change from their usual format of drama and musical, the Players have decided to put together a variety show, gathering entertainers of all ages from the Worthing and Brighton area to perform a show that includes comedy, dance, music and more.

Their main reason for doing this is to help raise awareness and money for The Alzheimer's Society '“ and, in particular, the Brighton and Hove branch, with half of the proceeds from the show being donated to the cause.

The show will be performed on June 20 and 21 at 7.30pm, with a 2pm matine on June 21. Tickets cost 9, or 8 for the matine.
