WIN: Tickets to see Slumdog Millionaire

MULTIPLE Golden Globe winning new film Slumdog Millionaire, from director Danny Boyle (Trainspotting), is an uplifting, rags to riches story.

It tells of Jamal, an orphaned street-kid who gets to the final question on the Indian version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

When the show breaks for the night, Jamal is arrested on suspicion of cheating '“ for how else could an uneducated street kid know so much about so many different subjects?

In order to prove his innocence, Jamal retells his young life story, where each chapter of his increasingly layered tale reveals the answer to every one of the shows seemingly impossible questions.

But one question still remains, why is a young man with no apparent desire for fame or riches appearing on the game show in the first place?

When the next day dawns and Jamal returns to answer the final question, 60 million viewers are about to find out.

This heartwarming film of one man's search for a lost true love comes to Worthing's Connaught 2-Screen from Friday, January 30, until Thursday, February 5.
