Fish Plaice, a takeaway at 11 Furnace Parade, Furnace Green, Crawley, West Sussex was given the score after assessment on May 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Crawley's 77 takeaways with ratings, 52 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
