This 60-strong male barbershop choir, led by Zoe Peate, has performed many times, both locally and nationally, at the annual Barbershop Convention.

Now the singers are bringing their unique a capella style to their home town of Burgess Hill.

There will be classic barbershop songs as well as songs from artists such as the Beach Boys and Queen.

This year they are joined by three support acts.

SisterSister are a five-piece, all-female acoustic vocal group led by Hereward Kaye, formerly of the Flying Pickets. They will be singing a wide range of songs from artists like Bob Marley, Lily Allen and Take That.

Also performing will be Stepping Out – Sussex Harmonisers’ award-winning barbershop quartet. They are guaranteed to entertain with their cool and classy style.

The final supporting act is Brighton-based performance group Sinus Rhythm who will be performing a variety of different song and dance routines.

If you enjoy the unique sound of voices singing in pure harmony then you really won’t want to miss The Nearly Christmas Show.

Tickets are on sale now, priced at £10 and are available from any Sussex Harmonisers member. Alternatively, contact Mike Rollings on 01444 415043, email [email protected] or visit Sussex Harmoniser’s website for further information at www.singbarbershopinsussex.com/sussexharmonisers.
