Mike Bragg gave a demonstration of landscape in watercolour using a variety of brushes, including bristle brushes and wide decorating brushes as well as the more usual smaller watercolour brushes.

Artist of the Month was Eddie Matthews with six paintings showing different subjects in watercolour. The competition entitled "A Visit To Santa" was won by Pam Spicer, and the raffle prizes - three of them since it was Christmas - were won by Nan Thompson, Lynn Drawbridge, and Ron.

On January 5 next year Dr. R. Mainwaring-Baines will give an appraisal of our work, each member bringing ONE piece of work.
