Bexhill Rowing Social Club - June 27

FOLLOWING a successful regeneration of resources by the committee and members of the Bexhill Rowing Social Club, we will be holding an open day at our premises in Channel View East on Sunday, July 6.

The highlight of this day is the reopening of the downstairs saloon bar, which had previously acquired a well-loved, but tired aura.

The last few weeks have seen a number of members feverishly busy with hammer, paint-pot and fabric to completely refurbish the room.

Everyone is welcome to pop in to have a look around, chat with members and enjoy the facilities. At 2.30pm, there will be a small ceremony, when the town mayor will re-open the downstairs saloon bar.
