Concert to raise funds for refugees
A concert to raise funds for Syrian refugees will take place at The Roomz, Western Road, St Leonards, on September 12.
On the line-up will be Roger Carey , local bass playing legend and all round musician, plus Rob Leake with his new band FlyWheel blending the music of the Balkans with Jazz and other folk styles.
Geoff Sapsford will dynamically interpret songs from a modern repertoire and the duo of Jamie Harris and Ken Beattie will perform their own world music based material .
The £5 entry fee will be donated to UNICEF.
The event will run from 7pm to 11pm.
