MUSEUM: Horse-drawn lifeboat at the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum
The popular event, which is one of the biggest of its kind in the south of England, will take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and 5.
The historic lifeboat the Queen Victoria, which dates back to 1887, is part of celebrations to mark the 150th anniversary of the inauguration of a similar lifeboat in Selsey. The original lifeboat was delivered by train hen pulled by horses to Selsey.

Hide AdVisitors will be able to see majestic Shires, Clydesdales, Suffolks, British Percherons and Ardennes horses as they take centre stage for a stunning series of displays, demonstrations and parades.
