Second solo exhibition
Lewes artist Jaime Etherington is holding his second solo exhibition at the Lansdown Gallery, Lansdown Place, Lewes until Friday. October 21 (open Monday-Saturday 10.30am-5pm; Sunday 12 noon-5pm).
Inspired by a lifelong love of the South Downs, Jaime tries to capture the changing moods and light of the downland landscape in a series of atmospheric images.
He studied at Eastbourne Art College and Sheffield Hallam University and in addition to working in oils he has illustrated a number of academic books for Routledge including archaeological and ornithological publications.
