Theatre workshop for youngsters

Easter Holidays just got more exciting at the White Rock Theatre with the return of Brighton based company, West End Experience, and their fantastic programme of professional workshops for 8-18 year olds.

West End professionals will be imparting their wisdom and talent to participants, as they teach excerpts from hit West Ends shows: Wicked, Shrek, Sister Act and Starlight Express, as well as a number of other performance pieces which last year included a remake of the Thriller music video. Youngsters taking part will study songs, dance routines and scenes, and work with actors, actresses, choreographers, dance captains, directors and musical directors, to give them an authentic experience of life in the theatre.

The project culminates in a final concert on Saturday April 2 at 7pm, where the participants will be joined on stage by some leading West End performers. This year’s Easter Youth Project runs from Tues March 29 – Sat April 2 and costs £100 (20% sibling discount – fee includes a free t-shirt).
